Help needed

Hello....
Ive been making HP soap for ages and have run into a weird scenario that i would appreciate some input for. My recipe is below...my probkem is that when i mixed the oils and lye water, my mixture turned a burnt brown/reddish colour. Does any one know why this occured? Do i need to scrap this batch? Thank you

What color was the palm oil?
Is the lining of the crock pot scratched?
Did you use water for the water portion?
Were any of the oils infused with anything?
