Tumeric powder, lemon ,beef tallow, coconut oil lye ,citri acid that'd it

Hi soap makers I'm new to soap making. I have beef tallow,coconut oil and lye but the percentages are not adding up the hardness is above recommended value together with longevity but cleansing is still below recommended value what should I do.
