Batch of soap lost most scent in less than a week

Is there a reason I have a batch of soap that lost its scent very soon? I made the batch on Tuesday and today I can barely tell I put fragrance in it. I leave it to 3% of total oils and did use sage and lavender. The sage was from a different company I normally purchase from. I did 40% sage and 60% lavender.

That's not uncommon, especially if you used essential oils and did a cold processed soap. Some are notably unlikely to 'stick' and some soapmakers will use kaolin clay to help anchor the scent. I do mostly cold process and I don't really care for scented soaps anyway, but once in a while I"ll use some essential oil and many of them disappear quickly.
