blending essential oils

i want to blend Lemongrass EO and Lavender EO for use in 5 lb of CP I want it to be on the lemon side but am unable to figure out how much to use. Any help would be appreciated

you could try calculating 3% of the total oils weight and using half or 40/60 blend of that total? I'm not a professional though!
