You can buy it at most stores that sell supplies for making jams, jellies, and other canned goods. Right now ppl that are "preppers", meaning that they prepare stuff for emergencies like a pandemic or a nuclear war, are canning what they've harvested from their gardens and orchards, so stores like Walmart, Kroger, Publix, HEB in Texas, etc., have citric acid in stock. And Amazon will have sellers who are eager with good prices.
