Did the FO section change?

Has the fragrance always calculated by base oils? Is there a way to get it to calculate by batch weight? This is throwing off all my formulas. Comparing to the wholesale supplies plus calculator, for my 147oz batch of soap I can add 7.35 oz of my selected FO, but when adding my recipe it says 5% is only 4.8 because it is calculating my base oils. This is majorly going to affect my whipped scrubs that have little to no oil in them and I need 1-2% FO.

We haven’t changed it at all- it’s always be a % of oils, OR a set amount (like oz per pound):



You can always add whatever amount you want to, however, if the calculation by % of oils doesn’t work for you.

I can ask the developer to see what we can come up with so it still works for soapmakers.
