Edit Supply is no longer allowing me to change the “remaining” amount

I have been doing inventory and have been able to change the “remaining” amount for my supplies but now it’s grayed out and I can’t alter what is remaining. This is a huge problem for me if I can’t update my actual supplies on hand quantity.

It's as expected. For any remaining amount you have on hand please make new purchase record for it. @KNSoap

I was able to edit it before. Why not now? I’m not going to add another purchase when a purchase was not made.

Supplies were used in batch so change the remaining amount could made calculation go wrong as some issues you have been reported here. Also that field was automatically calculate by system not purpose for manual edit.

Can you tell me when my subscription is due to renew please? I don’t see it in my account. Also, how does one cancel their subscription if they choose to do so? I don’t see that in any of the options either.

How do you propose fixing wrong numbers then? If I need to adjust it to add more, you said I could do another purchase. However, you did not supply a method to make the adjustment should there be less than what’s in the system.

Remaining value calculate by total items - items used. So if you have some items on hand you need adjust the total items that will update remaining items too.

You can put negative amount in the input as well.
