Essential oils

I picked up some essential oils from Walmart and it says on the label "skin irritant".
If it is only 1/4 of the fragrance, is that ok once it goes through the saponification process?
The balance of my oils are fragrance oils. (in this batch)

I hate to be so nonhelpful, but the answer is “maybe”. Many oils are skin irritants (like peppermint oil) unless very diluted but ok to use. I guess I’d do some research on the manufacturer and make sure it is 100% essential oil from a reputable place, and see if it’s a skin irritant when undiluted, or just not recommended for soaping. some oils are great for candle making, but not for skin.
