Hello soapers,

I'm facing an issue whenever i start batching a recipe of mine, it doesn't reflect on the inventory left amounts and i have to edit it manually. It used to get updated automatically by subtracting the amount used in the recipe, but not anymore. I have batched 3 recipes and the amounts of the oils and additives left in the inventory didn't change. Please advise how should i solve this?

Thank you all!

Actually I don't know how to share a link of that but i got some screenshots that might explain, the first

And second pictures are batches were made on different dates, where you can see "remaining amounts" of the ingredients are the same and have not been changed as per remaining on each specific date. Also, the third pictures shows that amounts in the supplies section haven't been updated accordingly after these 2 batches. I've tried this also on the web version and it still the same, and actually i don't see the point of having to update the remaining amounts manually where it used to be updated automatically after batching!

Moreover, i rechecked the web and found that same both batches i've sent you earlier have different data on web than mobile app. This is disturbing and would cause me a lot of operational issues. Please let me know if this is a bug or something that might happen in future because i just subscribed for limited time and my membership will end in March 3. So i need to decide if i'll renew or find another software

This testing batch reflects the true remaining amounts of the ingredients, but when i save the PDF version of it, the numbers are just changed (check the NaOh and water amounts)!!! Seriously what's going on??
