Item’s Disappearing on My Supplies

I am trying to get all my inventory items updated and I wanted to update one of my supplies quantities without adding a purchase since I had already added it before. When I look for it on My Supplies, it is not there for me to update the quantity. When conducting inventories, it’s crucial to be able to make edits to items previously purchased. Can this be made available?
