Re-sizing batches is still slightly off

I'm still getting conflicting math between the recipes I create and the batches I turn them into.

I made a 120oz recipe that I wanted as a 28oz batch. So I created a new batch and called it Restorative #2 for Kiss Pour:

To check the batch math I went back to the original recipe, copied it and re-sized it to be a 28oz recipe.
I called the copied recipe: Restorative variation #2 with Avocado 28oz

The math between the 28oz recipe and the 28oz batch are not the same. It's close, but it is not the same. Which math is correct?

I copied a recipe, gave it today's date, made the recipe 28oz, and then created a batch from it so that everything was connected to today's recipe.
Here's the recipe:

The math within the Batch window has gone crazy again. The LYE is FINE!!! Lye matches the recipe.
None of the oils match the recipe, and coconut and palm are noticeably huge.
