Store Bought Soap Separates With Oil On Top In My Dispenser - H E L P!

I have this "soap" phenomena with a glass dispenser in my guest bathroom and am hoping you can help - this is not a homemade soap but a store bought liquid hand soap. Every time I go to use the soap, there is a tannish/brownish oil that sits on top of the soap. When I dispense it, the oil comes out. I have tried everything and my latest thought was to try a non-glass dispenser but I don't think that would help. This has happened to me with very expensive liquid hand soap down to a dollar store one! Any suggestions??? I am at my wits end and don't want to put bar soap out.

The soap should dispense from the bottom- so maybe it's not just on the top of the soap. It sounds like it's not soap but some sort of oily cleanser, but if it happens with all soaps then I'm at a loss. Soap simply doesn't separate if it's well made.
