Hi Alan, just wanted to let you know this problem has still not been fixed. I tried to log out of my account and even restart my laptop with the exact same issues. This is starting to become frustrating! As I am unable to use this programs basic functions. Please Advise

I've messaged twice about this same problem with no useful results. Can you please make it possible to change username and email. I was told that I can make this change in setting, which I cannot. The username and email is grayed out and cannot be changed, only the password can be reset.

The ingredient list for descending order is not correct. Descending order is by weight from highest to lowest, correct? Can this please be fixed :)

For packaging it would be nice to add just like we would additives, like the name and price… for example: 4oz black jar or 3x4 avery label. This way our pricing per batch will be accurate. My jars may cost me .40 per jar and you might pay 1.00 per jar. Thats a huge difference!
