Problems with custom ingredients

When using my MacBook, some custom ingredients are not showing (liquid) but on my iPhone they show multiple times because I repeatedly tried to add them on my MacBook. It says I do not have permission and when I click anything after it says page not found. I’ve had this same problem for at least a month now. I do most of my work from my MacBook and can only do so much from my iPhone, which is a major headache! Please HELP! I also can not delete the multiple entries from my iPhone.

Hi Alan, just wanted to let you know this problem has still not been fixed. I tried to log out of my account and even restart my laptop with the exact same issues. This is starting to become frustrating! As I am unable to use this programs basic functions. Please Advise

Page not found. I am still unable to add liquid ingredients. Once I add the ingredient it says page not found and nothing I added is saved.
