im new to using this software but i paid for a year and so far I’ve had a lot of problems with how this runs. First big one I’ve had is i use goats milk instead of water but when i try to add it to a recipe it just adds it along with the water and messes up all the numbers so I can’t keep track of the cost in my inventory. is there a way to do this that I’m missing?

Yes, you can choose to either ADD the goat’s milk or substitute it for some or all of the other liquid like water by sliding the slider on the choice. For example, here is one of my recipes, my goat’s milk and honey soap.

First, here is where I slid over the slider for the liquid discount, to replace most of the water with milk:

Then you can see the calculation that results, since I’m using some of the milk to replace the water:

Thank you, I will try it again on my next one. I tried that once a week or two ago and it did the same thing but the app is beyond glitchy on my iPad so I'll give it another go

The original recipie that came out of the calculator told me I need 214.3g of liquid for this recipie, which i switched out for goats milk and coffee, 214.3g combined. Is this saying because im using goats milk i need to cut my liquids more than in half? Because that doesn't sound right to me
