I'm using a dual lye calculation 80/20 and the KOH is coming out way off. I used the exact sap values to calculate and also used AI. I get 83.32g KOH before superfatting or adding citric acid. The calculator says it is 92.58g, which is far off. The NaOH value is only 0.12g lower than my calculation, so that is acceptable. Wondering why the KOH is so far off? I'm using 90% purity and I have that marked correctly.

Yes I removed the superfat and the citric acid to try to find the root cause of the issue. When I have the citric acid and superfat added the NaOH is 2-3g lower than my calculation and the KOH is 8g higher than my calculations. I'm using the same sap values listed on the site so I'm wondering what calculations are going on behind the scenes.
