How can I increase bubbles when only Palm Oil is available?

How can bubbles be increased when only Palm Oil may be available?

A little sugar can help a little with bubbles (about 5 grams or 1 teaspoon per pound of oils) but it won’t really create a great lather. I tend to use a little coconut oil at 20% and some castor oil at 5% for better and more stable lather.
