I FINALLY have most of my supplies entered (still have some to add) but I now want to run the old recipes through (most of them I just printed and made them) so I can see what the bars actually cost AND to have the stock deplete as it should when I make a recipe. Some of the stock is out of the "best before" date but I have already made the recipes and used it up. This goes back to 2020. How do I override the date on the recipes?

If I understand what you want to do, you can create a ‘batch’ for each recipe that you made to get the cost and remove from inventory.
OK, Can I choose to create a batch now (Dec 2024), but put the date as July 3, 2020 because that was when I actually made the soap ?
