Need to change email and username

I've messaged twice about this same problem with no useful results. Can you please make it possible to change username and email. I was told that I can make this change in setting, which I cannot. The username and email is grayed out and cannot be changed, only the password can be reset.

We've updated the form in web to allow change username and email. Please update your info at account page. @FulTera
