Could anyone please tell me what cocos is?

Going by the emoji and general linguistics, "cocos" means "coconut"

Interesting video, I notice she also calls it a microwell so, I would have thought coconut too. I wish she would have shown the soap being used, I would have liked to have seen the bubble/lather. If you make some, please post that.
